Dallas-based Pross Design Group is the project architect.
Dallas-based Cadence McShane Construction Co. utilized painted tiltwall and insulated metal-panel construction on the facility’s exterior. The building features a two-story office component, production area and refrigerated storage and distribution sections to facilitate the firm’s food processing operations.
Cadence McShane was recently awarded the $12.6-million contract for construction of the 83,099-sq-ft Sendera Ranch East Elementary School for Northwest ISD.
The school will be located on an 11-acre site in Haslet and completed in August. Plano-based SHW Group is project architect.
