The firm will also be developing a 45,000-sq-ft medical professional building next door to the Humble Surgical Hospital. The development has already received almost all commitments, and construction is scheduled to begin in the fall. No construction contract information was released.
Portneuf is a joint venture between Portneuf Health Care Foundation Inc. in Pocatello and Plano-based LHP Hospital Group.
