Texas Regional Medical Center at Sunnyvale recently opened its 117,500-sq-ft, $68-million project. The center is owned by a partnership consisting primarily of physicians.

The center is the town’s first hospital. Arlington-based Ascension Group Architects designed the project. Dallas-based Rogers-O’Brien Construction was the builder.
