Brennan’s of Houston reopened Feb. 15 after being severely damaged by fire as a result of Hurricane Ike in September 2008. Houston-based Studio RED Architects worked with a team including Houston-based Linbeck Construction to restore a majority of the original John F. Staub 1930 design while bringing the building up to codes and standards.
