Dallas Logistics Hub Buildings Achieve Gold LEED Certification

Dallas-based The Allen Group’s first speculative industrial buildings in the 6,000-acre Dallas Logistics Hub in Dallas were recently awarded LEED-gold certification established by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Other team members included MYCON General Contractors of McKinney, Bjerke Management Solutions of Parker and Dallas firms 3i Construction and GSO Architects.
