The Village at Allen and The Village at Fairview are two components of MGHerring’s three million sq ft, mixed-use lifestyle centers located on opposite corners at U.S. 75 and Stacy Road in Fairview and Allen north of Dallas. The construction assignment encompassed 12 retail buildings and two parking structures.
