Architecture Firm Spearheads Project to Promote a Greener Georgetown

Round Rock-based Moman Architects is providing architectural, planning and interior design services for AirBorn Inc.’s new office and manufacturing facility in Georgetown.

The facility broke ground in July and will be completed in spring. With a budget of nearly $8 million for the more than 58,000-sq-ft structure, the AirBorn project will become the city of Georgetown and Williamson County’s first Leadership in Energy and Design building seeking Silver certification, as well as Moman Architects first complete LEED project.

Local collaborative partners include Raymond Construction, Hendrix Consulting Engineers, Boyer and Associates and FHI Engineering.
