Shade O'Quinn President
AIA DallasAlthough several major projects are expected to be completed in Dallas this year and next, O'Quinn doesn't see a significant number of projects on the boards to replace them. He says that although clients have money to develop projects, challenges with financing persist.

O'Quinn says AIA Dallas members are keeping a close eye on future development opportunities related to the Trinity River Corridor Project in Dallas. "With the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge opening in March, we're hopeful there will be more buzz around those projects," he says.
