Trammell Crow Names Diane Paddison COO
of Global Services
Trammell Crow Names COO, HOLTCAT
names business manager and Houston Engineers Week Committee
names Engineer of the Year for 2005.
Diane S. Paddison
was recently named COO for the Trammell Crow Co.'s Global
Services Group. Paddison has served as national director,
client services, for the company since 2002.
In her new role, Paddison will oversee two functional areas
within Global Services - building management and project management.
She also will continue to oversee the company's national accounts
teams for both investor and corporate clients as well as its
operational excellence initiative.
Paddison has been responsible for the development and implementation
of Trammell Crow Co.'s client strategy for user and investor
clients for eight years. She joined Trammell Crow Company
in 1987 as a leasing agent in Tulsa, Okla., and in 1996 joined
the Dallas team to oversee the company's investor client program.
Throughout the 1990s, she assumed increasing local and regional
responsibilities. She was named a managing director in 1996
and became senior managing director of national accounts in
1999.
Ms. Paddison was named to Trammell Crow Co.'s ten-member
executive committee in 2004 and she is a member of the operating
committee. She also serves as leader of the company's diversity
initiative.

Linda Bishop has re-joined
Watkins Hamilton Ross Architects. Bishop is a health care
and educational facility interior design specialist based
in the firm's Houston office.
Bishop, who was an interior designer and project manager
at WHR from 1995-1997, most recently served as director of
interiors at FKP Architects in Houston. Her health care portfolio
includes Baylor Medical Center in Garland, Maxine Mesinger
Multiple Sclerosis Clinic in Houston and Presbyterian Hospital
of Dallas. Her work at Cook Children's in Fort Worth and Texas
Children's Hospital in Houston has been recognized by the
International Interior Design Association and the American
Association of Interior Designers.
A former teacher, Bishop recently earned a master's degree
in education. Her education background provides a unique perspective
to the K-12 and higher education research markets.

Jimmy Bates has been appointed
vice president preconstruction for E. E. Reed Construction
L.P. Bates has been in the construction business for more
than 26 years.
A graduate of East Texas State University, Bates has a broad
range of experience, including more than 50 new construction
and renovation projects in the health care industry, one of
the largest aviation projects in the United States, campuses
for several corporations, a printing plant for a major newspaper,
high-rise offices, resorts and hotels and distribution warehouses.

Tom Angotti, a 15-year veteran
with HOLT CAT, the largest Caterpillar dealer in the U.S.,
has been named business manager of the Electric Power Generation
business unit, a key element of the company's Power Systems
Division.
Previously, Angotti was Power Systems Division engineering
manager. He has also held positions in the division sales
organization and served seven years with another Caterpillar
dealer and a custom engine packaging company. He holds a degree
in mechanical engineering.

Gary K. Trietsch
of TxDOT was recently named Engineer of the Year for 2005
by the Houston Engineers Week Committee.
The Houston Area Engineer of the Year is chosen by a panel
of professional engineers to recognize the single person in
the profession who exemplifies the standards and community
responsibility inherent in providing safety and best practices
in the engineering profession. Trietsch's recognition is for
his strong accomplishments as the district engineer for TxDOT's
Houston District.
Trietsch has led the agency for the last nine years, through
the single largest building expansion in the history of TxDOT.
In 2003 the Houston District designed and awarded more than
$1 billion in new construction, a local and state record.
Under his leadership the reconstruction of both Interstate
610/West Loop and Ineterstate10/Katy Freeway began.
Formerly the director of traffic operation in Austin, Trietsch
came to Houston in 1995 to lead the state's largest urban
district. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington
and a recipient of the Dewitt C. Greer Award awarded by the
Texas Transportation Institute and the Dr. L.I. Hewes Award,
given by the Western Association of State Highway and Transportation
Officials.

Benjamin R. Sauceda has been
promoted to associate/project architect by Houston-based FKP
Architects Inc. Sauceda has more than eleven years of experience
in public, commercial, residential and health care projects.
His recent work includes several projects for Texas Children's
Hospital.
Sauceda holds a bachelor's of environmental design degree
from Texas A&M University. He is a registered architect
in Texas and a member of the Houston chapter of the American
Institute of Architects, the Texas Society of Architects and
the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners.
