The students are given project information and are then allotted 16 hours to prepare their written proposals, which include bid and presentation materials, such as PowerPoint presentations and charts. Students participate in this activity voluntarily as though they were working for a company in the industry, and present their proposals to the sponsoring companies who act as owners during the competition.
