Three Eldridge Place

PROJECT COST: $44,000,000

Three Eldridge Place

Three Eldridge Place represents the final phase of the Eldridge Place office development located in Houston’s Energy Corridor. The project includes a 13-story, 317,000-sq-ft Class-A office building with a six-level, 403,440-sq-ft, 1,200-car parking structure. Project amenities include an indoor/outdoor plaza lobby separated by full-height glass, fitness center and conference center.

The general contractor joined the team prior to the commencement of design. Time- and money-saving efforts made during planning, include the pre-purchase of elevators at a time when costs were beginning to increase. The team also reserved production time slots for the building’s architectural precast and the structural precast garage, ensuring the delivery of materials and allowing the team to maintain an aggressive building schedule.
