Presbyterian Hospital of Flower Mound
PROJECT COST: $53,000,000
The 180,000-sq-ft Presbyterian Hospital of Flower Mound is part of a new high-density urbanist town center development which will include shops, restaurants, offices, a hotel and residential elements. Located on a heavily wooded, 12-acre site, the project balances nature and culture. The site-driven design concept includes exterior perimeter patient rooms, tree preservation parks, outdoor dining, entry courtyards and terraces. Waiting rooms, public spaces and patient rooms are designed to connect with these outdoor retreats. The architecture and landscaping provide soft, natural colors to create a rich yet relaxing atmosphere that is conducive to a better healing environment.
The facility is planned for 100 patient beds, an emergency department and a wide range of medical services including services for women and children.
