Jersey Village High School Additions & Renovations

PROJECT COST: $55,973,954

Jersey Village High School Additions & Renovations

The Jersey Village High School additions and renovations project is being completed over three major phases. Twenty-eight portables encompassing 56 classrooms were staged on site to allow approximately one third of the academic areas of the school to be under renovation at each of the major phases. Specialty space renovations occur during the summer breaks that fall during the construction timeline.

The project utilized building information modeling for design development and visualization of the various design components. BIM was also utilized for clash detection and offsite fabrication of many of the major mechanical components during construction to allow the short construction timelines for each phase to be achieved.
