Cedar Ridge High School

PROJECT COST: $78,000,000

Cedar Ridge High School

The 375,000-sq-ft, two-story Cedar Ridge High School is a single-building new high school designed for 2,600 students. The project is located on 95 acres and includes a black box and cafetorium. Athletic facilities include two football fields, two baseball fields, track and eight tennis courts. Exterior skin is tiltwall with a stone and metal veneer. Crews are recycling 75% of construction waste.

An architectural flyover connects the academic wing to common areas.

The owner is hoping to achieve a LEED Silver rating through the U.S. Green Building Council upon completion.
