University of Oklahoma Cancer Institute
PROJECT COST: $88,000,000
The seven-story, 220,000-sq-ft University of Oklahoma Cancer Institute is designed as a “landmark” facility, accommodating teaching, research and clinical trials, counseling and supportive care as well as a comprehensive and sophisticated selection of diagnostic and therapeutic technologies. Treatment services include chemotherapy, multi-specialty clinical services and radiation oncology with proton therapy capabilities, all in one location, making the facility the only one of its kind in the state of Oklahoma and the surrounding region.
The project includes an approximately 1,000-car parking garage as well as a pedestrian link structure to the OU Physician’s building across the street.
