Vandegrift High School
PROJECT COST: $95,000,000
Crews are performing phased construction work of the new Vandegrift High School for the Leander ISD. The 391,000-sq-ft high school project – which includes a 15,000-sq-ft stadium – shares a 90-acre site with a middle school, which is also under construction.
The high school includes two main buildings and will accommodate more than 2,000 students. The skin is tiltwall with thinbrick, sandblasted reveals and exposed concrete with stone veneer accents. The project includes a performing arts center, two blackbox theatres, stadium with concession stands, baseball fields, eight tennis courts, shot put and a field house with maintenance buildings.
