Clear Creek ISD Educational Village

The Educational Village in Clear Creek ISD includes a 460,000-sq-ft, 2,500-student high school; a 176,550-sq-ft, 1,200-student intermediate school; and a 105,000-sq-ft, 900-student elementary school. The three separate learning facilities are organized around a courtyard that can be used by all or separated for different grade-level activities. The one-of-a-kind facility includes opportunities for shared auditorium, natatorium and gymnasium events; shared kitchen facilities; a cafeteria that acts as three safe and secure rooms or one large community room; a shared courtyard; and shared central plant.

The athletic fields include a practice football and baseball field and tennis courts for the intermediate school as well as practice football and soccer fields, competition baseball, softball and football fields and tennis courts for the high school.

The elementary school will open for the fall 2009 semester, with the intermediate and high school opening in fall 2010.
