Market Outlook 2006

The commercial construction market enjoyed a strong year in
Texas in 2005. Several high-profile, high-dollar groundbreakings
occurred during the year, including the start of the $275
million Dallas Center for the Performing Arts, the $250 million
Texas Instruments fabrication plant in Richardson and
the $200 million Dell Childrens Medical Center of Central
Texas in Austin.
